1. Introduction

Thank you so much for choosing to work with me. Please take a moment to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any services or making a purchase.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and customers of Elena Teneriello (also referred to as “I,” “me,” or “my”). By using my website, scheduling a session, or purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Overview of Services

My approach combines energy-based methods and intuitive guidance to support emotional, spiritual, and personal growth. Please note that my services are not a replacement for medical, psychological, or professional treatment. Clients remain fully responsible for their physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during and after all sessions.

My offerings may include one or more of the following modalities:

These services may be delivered through individual online sessions, remote sessions, group circles, online classes, or as digital audio/video recordings.

3. Complimentary Connection Call

I offer a free 30-minute online “discovery” or connection call (via Zoom or another agreed platform) for new clients or those interested in longer-term work.

This conversation allows us to explore your needs, answer your questions, and ensure my services are the right fit. It is not a free healing session and cannot replace a booked service.

The same rescheduling policy (24-hour notice) applies to the complimentary call.

4. Booking and Payments

4.1 Booking Single Sessions

You can book a single session through my website using the checkout link. If a time has not been arranged beforehand, you will be prompted to schedule your appointment through my booking system. A confirmation email with meeting details (such as a Zoom link) will follow.

4.2 Booking Multiple Sessions (Packages or Bundles)

Packages or bundles can be purchased via my website or by contacting me directly. For longer commitments (usually six sessions or more), we will first have a conversation to plan your schedule. You’ll book the first session through my appointment system, and we’ll agree on the best timing for the remaining ones. Specific conditions may apply and will be detailed in a separate signed agreement.

4.3 Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Plans: For higher-priced offers, a payment plan may be available at checkout. Please ensure your payment method remains valid. Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access or cancellation without refund of installments already paid. You remain liable for any outstanding amount.

Currency: Prices are listed in CHF (Swiss Francs) and may be updated at any time. Some offers may also be available in EUR (Euros). If you purchase in a foreign currency, please check the converted price before purchase, and any applicable bank or credit card fees.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via PayPal, Stripe (credit/debit card), or by bank transfer upon request.

Taxes and Fees: Prices include applicable taxes. Your payment provider may charge additional processing fees.

5. Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds

5.1 Rescheduling

You can reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting me directly. I understand that life happens — if an emergency arises within that timeframe, please let me know as soon as possible. I will do the same, if an emergency occurs for me and I cannot provide the service on the agreed time. 

If you miss an appointment without notice, the session will be considered completed and charged in full.

5.2 Cancellations and Refunds

I do my best to provide full clarity before you make a purchase and to remain flexible where possible.

Online 1:1 Sessions: Sessions can be rescheduled but are non-refundable.

Coaching or Mentorships: For longer programs, you have a 14-day "cooling-off period" from the date of contract. If services begin within that time, any refund will exclude the portion already delivered. Detailed terms are outlined in a separate agreement for such programs.

Remote Services: Remote sessions are non-refundable unless I am unable to provide the service within a reasonable time (up to one month from purchase) due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or force majeure.

Group Circles, Classes, or Courses: These are typically recorded. Missing a live session does not qualify for a refund, as you will still have access to the replay or materials.

Digital Products: Due to their downloadable nature, meditations, courses, and similar products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If a technical issue occurs (broken link for example), please contact me and I’ll ensure you receive your product.

6. Emotion Code® Sessions

6.1 Description

The Emotion Code® is an energy healing technique that helps release trapped emotions from the body’s energy field. Many clients experience positive changes, though results vary for each individual.

These sessions are not medical treatments and should not replace professional healthcare. If you are under medical supervision, please continue to follow your healthcare provider’s advice.

6.2 Consent

By booking a session, you consent to my connecting with your subconscious mind through gentle muscle testing to identify and release trapped emotions. This process is used solely for healing purposes. I will never ask questions about life decisions, other people, or medical diagnoses.

For sessions involving others:

Children: Parental or guardian consent is required.

Teenagers: It is recommended to inform them and seek their permission for better results.

Animals: The session requires the owner’s consent. For rescue or zoo animals, permission must come from the person responsible for their care.

6.3 Special Disclaimer for Emotion Code on Animals

In the case of an elderly or seriously ill animal, it’s possible that your pet may be holding on to life out of love or emotional attachment to you.
Releasing emotional baggage through the Emotion Code® process can sometimes bring relief and allow them to feel free to let go and pass peacefully, if it is their time.

Please take this into careful consideration and ensure you are comfortable with this possibility before booking.
If you feel uncertain or not ready to accept such an outcome, I kindly ask that you let me know as soon as possible so we can either cancel the session or redirect it toward emotional support for you instead.

While my intention is always to bring comfort and ease, I cannot be held responsible for outcomes that are part of the natural process of life and transition.

6.4 After-Care and Follow-Up

After each session, you will receive after-care guidance. It’s common to experience mild detox or emotional release symptoms; these usually pass quickly. You remain responsible for seeking medical care if symptoms persist or cause concern. I offer short-term follow-up support if you experience a strong emotional reaction and need extra clearing.

7. Disclaimer

My work aims to support self-awareness, spiritual growth, and emotional wellbeing. It does not replace therapy, counselling, or medical advice. Because each person’s healing journey is unique, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

By engaging with my services or content, you accept full responsibility for your health, wellbeing, and personal decisions.

8. Digital Products & Intellectual Property

All materials — including meditations, videos, audios, written guides, and other content — are the intellectual property of Elena Teneriello.

You may download and use them for personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, distributed, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Lightweb® Intellectual Property Disclaimer

Joanna Hunter - High Priestess of The LightWeb® and CEO of Joanna Hunter Media LTD is the original Channel for the teachings of LightWeb® from the Codex of Light™. These LightWeb® teachings are licenced by Joanna Hunter Media LTD and are subject to copyright and intellectual property laws. I, Elena Teneriello, am a licenced practitioner of LightWeb®, licenced to use the LightWeb® Priestess method of healing and coaching. Joanna Hunter and Joanna Hunter Media LTD are not liable for my use of these tools. The logos/teachings/ or IP of LightWeb®, LightWeb Priestess™ and LightTools™ remain the copyrighted and intellectual property of Joanna Hunter Media LTD and Joanna Hunter.

10. Confidentiality & Privacy

All personal information shared during sessions or through my website is treated with care and confidentiality. I comply with Swiss data protection law and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage resulting from the use of my website, services, or digital products.

You agree to take full responsibility for your wellbeing and actions before, during, and after using any of my services or materials.

12. Website Use

By using my website, you agree to do so respectfully and lawfully. While I do my best to keep everything running smoothly, I’m not responsible for temporary interruptions, errors, or the availability of external links.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

I believe in open, respectful communication and will always aim to resolve any misunderstanding personally and peacefully first.

If an agreement cannot be reached, these Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law, and any unresolved disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Switzerland.

14. Updates to Terms

I may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will appear on this page with a new effective date. By continuing to use my website or services after an update, you agree to the revised Terms.
